  • Do you take vision insurance?

    Yes, but each insurance carrier requires a separate credentialing process, which takes time to complete. We will help you check eligibility prior to the exam or help self-submit for reimbursement.

  • Do you need a Costco card to be seen at the clinic?

    No, clinic services do not require Costco memberships. However, to purchase glasses at Costco, you will need to provide a membership card at the Optical department.

  • Where is my prescription?

    At the end of glasses or a contact lens exam, you will receive a prescription with a 2 year expiration date. You are welcome to use this at Costco Optical or any other optical shop of your choice.

  • What are the ages of patients that can be seen at your clinic?

    Dr. Stovbyr has a broad experience with all age groups. Infants can have an eye exam as early as 18 months and exam is recommended before starting school. All other ages can be seen in our clinic.

  • Does your staff speak other languages?

    We are happy to provide Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish speaking services to our patients.
